Delete Account
You can request deletion of your MChost account and related app data at any time.
How to request deletion in the app
- Open MChost on your Android device.
- Sign in with the Google account used in MChost.
- Open the Profile tab.
- Tap Request account deletion.
- Your email app will open with the correct support address and subject.
How to request deletion by email
Send an email to [email protected] with the subject MChost account deletion request.
Please include the Google account email used in MChost. If you know your server ID or relay address, include it too so we can find the correct records faster.
Data deleted
- Firebase account records connected to your MChost account where deletion is technically available.
- Stored MChost account profile data such as account ID, email, display name, premium entitlement mirror, and available server time.
- Server metadata stored by MChost services, such as server names, settings, relay allocation records, and service logs tied to the account.
Data that may remain
- Payment, tax, and subscription records controlled by Google Play may remain according to Google Play requirements.
- Security, abuse-prevention, crash, diagnostic, and legal records may be kept only as long as reasonably required.
- Local server files stored on your device are removed by deleting them in the app, clearing app data, or uninstalling MChost.
Timing
We aim to process account deletion requests within 30 days unless a longer period is required for security, legal, payment, tax, or abuse-prevention reasons.
